All breast pumps are warrantied through the manufacturer, not through Tricare Moms.
If you are experiencing any issues with your breast pump, please contact the manufacturer, who can most likely troubleshoot your problem. Your Tricare Moms Representative can help you get in touch with the manufacturer of your pump — just give us a call a 703-378-4353.

Accessory Warranty Information
Breast pump accessories are not warrantied through Tricare Moms or the manufacturer. You may return a cash-pay accessory item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened.
